The Capitânia Office Fund has announced, via an official statement, the signing of a new lease agreement with Klabin, the largest producer and exporter of packaging paper in Brazil. According to the relevant fact, the lease pertains to the 12th, 14th, 15th, and part of the 16th floors of the Faria Lima Plaza, totaling 5,847 square meters of leased private area. With this lease, the property has achieved a 97% occupancy rate.

The lease with Klabin has a duration of 10 years, with a rental rate of approximately R$220 per square meter for the private area, exceeding R$1 million in monthly rent. Classified as A+, the Faria Lima Plaza is located in the Faria Lima area and has a total private area of 32,744 square meters, distributed over 20 floors. Among the sectors occupying the property are Consumer Goods, Transportation and Logistics, and Industrial Products. The largest tenants at the site are Shopee, Uber, and Klabin, respectively.
The building offers various amenities for its occupants, including a central VRF air conditioning system, raised flooring, a building management system, and a generator for common and private areas. There is 24-hour security and a sprinkler system to ensure the safety of occupants. The property also holds sustainability certification.
