Starting with the Office sector, we have two deliveries adding up to an area of 11,720 sq metres in the state of São Paulo.

Located in São Paulo (SP), this building built by Samar Construtora, is located in one of the CBD regions of the city – Pinheiros with a total area of 4,000 sq metres.
Cambuí Corporate
Locate in Campinas; this building was built by Eco Vila Incorporadora. Delivered in June, the building has a total area of 7,720 sq metres and nine floors.
Moving on from the Office sector, it's time for Logistics Warehouses.
In2Q22, the number of activities was above 1 million sq metres. In addition, the market recorded the delivery of 12 new developments and seven expansions in 9states, totalling more than 800 thousand sq metres. As a highlight, we selected a new development and an expansion; both 100% have been already leased:
Cajamar IV LPG
Located in Cajamar (SP), this logistics condominium is considered a class A+ condominium with an area of over 80,000 sq metres, being the home to one of the major players in the market Global Logistic Properties (GLP).
Expansionof LOG Fortaleza II
Located in Fortaleza (CE), LOG Fortaleza II had 48,473 sq metres delivered in the expansion from the Log Commercial Properties developer. In addition, this A+ class condominium has Amazon and the Assaí whole sale chain as its main occupants.
Bearingin mind that these are just highlights and not the entire amount of new inventory delivered this quarter. In addition to those listed above, some deliveries scheduled for 2Q22 have been postponed to 3Q22. SiiLA's research team is monitoring more than 2 million sq metres, with delivery expected in 2022.
