3SB Parque Logístico prepares for expansion

Based in Nova Santa Rita, in Rio Grande do Sul, the 3SB Parque Logístico project is preparing to receive two more large companies to control the area, previously held by the company Dia Supermercados.
According to 3SB Parque Logístico, new tenants will have an estimated R$30 million expenditure to adapt the structures.
Today, the class A area has 145,951 square metres of total area, but after the renovations, the project will have a total of 175 thousand square metres.
3SB Parque has large tenants such as Amazon, Grupo Big, DHL, Vivo, Pepsico and Movvi, Prometon (Pirelli), AM / PM Ipiranga and Rodasul, and is now preparing to receive Comercial Zaffari, which has already started the use of space, and another tenant that cannot yet be revealed.
