SiiLA is launching SiiLA NXT, a podcast built around direct, long-form conversations with some of the most prominent figures in Brazil and beyond. 

Hosted by Giancarlo Nicastro, the show brings together a mix of high-level business leaders, elite athletes, leading academics, artists, and public figures. The common denominator is simple: these are people operating at the top of their fields, with real decisions, real pressure, and real consequences behind them. 

The goal isn’t to showcase credentials. It’s to get past them. 

Each episode is intentionally unstructured and runs long enough to move beyond rehearsed answers. Nicastro pushes guests to unpack how they actually think, how they make decisions and how their perspectives have evolved over time. 

“There’s no shortage of impressive people willing to talk. The secret sauce is the willingness to go deeper,” says Nicastro. “When you sit down with people operating at this level, the interesting part isn’t what they’ve done. It’s what they value and how they process risk, responsibility, and tradeoffs over time.” 

The conversations move well beyond business. They touch on identity, discipline, setbacks, reputation, and legacy. Not the polished version, but the version shaped by experience. 

The first episode features entrepreneur and former Olympic swimmer Fernando Scherer, known as Xuxa. Future guests will continue to reflect the same standard: highly visible, highly accomplished, and willing to engage in a real conversation. 

Episodes will be released weekly on Thursdays starting April 9, across major audio and video platforms.
