Abandoned parking lots turn into e-commerce warehouses
- Recently GoodStorage bought an old Alstom train factory.

10/10/2022 In São Paulo, one of the key e-commerce markets in the country, many idle and abandoned areas, such as parking lots and old factories, have turned into storage warehouses for online sales companies.
Recently GoodStorage bought an old Alstom train factory. Located in the west of the city, at Lapa, the 80,000 sq meters plot (with 65,000 sq meters of warehouses) had been vacant since the former owner moved to another neighborhood.
GoodStorage has 150 thousand sq meters, including all urban spaces occupied by the logistics company.
