At 498 meters high and 90 stories high, the $3.5 billion building will be the second tallest in the city, behind One World Trade Center at 541 meters. The design and architecture firm Adjaye Associates signs the project and, as a tribute to the victims of September 11, 2001, chose to design a slightly lower building.
The iconic Affirmation Tower will be located in Manhattan. It will be a mixed complex, with offices, at least two hotels, rooftop event space and entertainment options, with a theatre and even a skating rink.
