The planned borough Parque Global, currently being designed between Cidade Jardim and Parque Burle Marx in São Paulo, will get an Advanced Oncology and Hematology Center from the Albert Einstein hospital.

The new Care and Advanced Therapies in Oncology and Hematology Center will be built in a 38,000 sq meters area and scheduled for 2025. According to Einstein, the facility should lead the adoption of precision medicine through personalized care planning, innovation, big data, cell therapy, science, and technology.

In 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) reported more than 590 thousand new cancer cases in Brazil, and the forecast is that the number will double in 2025. "The scenario places the disease among the main causes of death of the population in the coming years, along with cardiovascular diseases, mainly due to greater longevity," according to Dr. Sidney Klajner, president of Einstein.

About the Parque Global project

Parque Global is one of the main undeveloped real estate projects in Latin America and is under construction in Marginal Pinheiros on a plot of 218,000 sq meters.

In addition to the five residential towers with 47 floors each and the Albert Einstein health complex, the Global Park will also have a shopping center and integrated spaces for leisure and socializing.
