According to SiiLA's monitoring, Boulevard Shopping Vila Velha, delivered in 2012, has a total private area of 37,359 gross leasable area (GLA). Boulevard Londrina Shopping, delivered in 2013, has 48,371 GLA.
According to the company, the total value of the divestments referring to the two malls is R$176.7 million, with a cap rate of 8.7%.
The material fact did not inform who acquired the assets, which would also have acquired minority interests in three Aliansce malls, with a 5.5% interest in Shopping Bahia (BA), 17.5% at Plaza Sul Shopping (SP) and 27.5% at Passeio das Águas Shopping (GO).
