Aliansce Sonae and brMalls complete the merger

01/09/2023 On Friday (06), the management companies of shopping centers Aliansce Sonae and brMalls completed the long-awaited merger of the businesses.
The operation should create synergies worth R$210 million by the end of 2028, according to Aliansce Sonae's estimate. This value, however, can change according to the market.
The merger was completed months after the company's first announcement, in April last year, which involved almost five months of negotiations.
