In a statement to the market, released on Thursday (29), Aliansce Sonae (mall administrator) announced the conclusion of the sale of its entire stake in Uberlândia Shopping, located in Uberlândia (MG).

This movement continues the announcement made through a material fact released in July this year. Uberlândia Shopping, delivered in 2012, is a class B property with 53,426 sq metres of GLA.
