Aliansce Sonae reports a net income of R$115.7 million in 4Q21

03/30/2022 The Shopping Centre manager Aliansce Sonae closed the last quarter of 2021 with a net profit of R$115.7 million.
According to the financial results statement, released on Tuesday (29), the company held interests in 27 shopping centres, totalling 794.6 thousand GLA, until the end of the year.
The highlight of 4Q21 was the 17% growth in EBITDA compared to the same period in 2019, which ended last year at R$252 million. Sales have increased by 17.4% in comparison to the same period of 2020, with sales in the North of the country growing 13.1%.
