Aliansce Sonae sells its stake in Boulevard Londrina Shopping

At the beginning of September, we highlight here at SiiLA REsource the sale of Aliansce Sonae's stake in Boulevard Shopping Vila Velha and Boulevard Londrina Shopping. Last Friday (21), the company announced the signing of the contract after the market closed.

The buyer was not revealed. According to Aliansce, the value of the divestments is R$ 176.7 million, with a cap rate of 8.7%.

According to the GROCS platform, Boulevard Shopping Vila Velha has a 37,359 gross leasable area (GLA) with large occupants, such as Lojas Americanas and Riachuelo. Boulevard Londrina Shopping, delivered in 2013, has 48,371 GLA and has stores such as Kalunga, and Magazine Luiza, among others.
