Ambev gives Grupo Imediato control over Paulínia distribution Center

The Imediato Group, specialised in the customised logistics segment, will incorporate 100% of the logistics operations of Ambev's Direct Distribution Center (CDD) in Paulínia, in the interior of the State of São Paulo. The company has been operating as a third party in the structure since 2019 and will fully control the plant until June.
It estimates an investment of R $ 30 million by the end of this year, especially in machinery, Beto Zampini, vice president of Grupo Imediato, told Valor. Given the excellent moment for logistics, the expectation is to grow 22% in revenues in 2021 to R$520 million.
