American Jaguar buys securitization company from RB Capital
- The securitization arm of RB Capital was acquired by a fund sponsored by Jaguar Growth Partners, an American private equity manager.

Upon turning 18, RB SEC became independent. Leaving the home of RB Capital was a natural step for the securitizer to be able to fly higher at a time when the Brazilian capital market has the prospect of maintaining sustained growth for several years.
The securitization arm of RB Capital was acquired by a fund sponsored by Jaguar Growth Partners, an American private equity manager. The amount has not been disclosed, but, according to the CEO of RB Capital, Marcelo Michaluá, “it was a win-win”.
