The project is divided into two phases. The first, which began this month, include the events pavilion, covering 100,000 square meters. There will be three floors, with 21 modular rooms on the ground floor, an exhibition area on the second floor, and four halls for social events. There will also be an area of 6,500 square metres on the roof for gastronomic events. The parking lot will have 2,190 parking spaces, with access to rooms via escalator and elevators.
The second phase of the project, consisting of two commercial towers, will depend on negotiations with potential partners. "We will have meetings in the next few days to define these issues", says Roberta. To finance the project, the company will issue Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRIs) at about R$ 150 million, highlights Avelino Palma, partner of the project and responsible for formatting the title. For the second phase of the project, the structure must involve the capital market.
