Last Wednesday (16), APSA, a condominium management company, promoted the panel "Macro Scenario and Perspectives for the Civil Construction Market" at Arena Mané Garrincha in Brasília.

Leonardo Schneider (Superintendent Director of APSA and Vice-President of Secovi Rio), Giancarlo Nicastro (CEO of SiiLA), Claudio Hermolin (President of the Civil Construction Industry Union - Sinduscon RJ), and Eduardo Aroeira (President of ADEMI-DF ) joined the debate.

At the event, the CEO of SiiLA presented an overview of the office market, with updated data and statistics on the sector. In addition to the macro scenario, he also showed information from the mapping carried out by the multinational in Brasília. In all, 56 corporate buildings in the capital are monitored, with a total stock of 732,000 m².
