The Australian warehouse company Goodman has invested in a new warehouse in São Paulo

According to InvestSP, the logistics warehouse generated around 900 direct and indirect jobs, 400 during construction, and 500 already in operation, focusing on the last mile.
In summary, the last mile refers to the moment of transport in which the goods leave the distribution center to both B2B and the final consumer, B2C, who has purchased a particular product.
About the property According to the SiiLA Market Analytics platform, the development is a class A, with 44,980 m² of GLA (Gross Leasable Area). The asset was delivered in the third quarter of this year and is next to the Corinthians – Itaquera station.
