B2W will occupy 26 thousand square metres of RBR Hortolândia II

RBR Asset informed through a Relevant Fact that the FII RBR LOG entered into a "Lease Agreement" with Direct Express Logística Integrada SA, a company of the economic group B2W, Companhia Digital, whose purpose is to lease almost 27 thousand square metres of the Condomínio Logístico RBR Hortolândia II.

The company will occupy two and a half modules in the class B project, in Hortolândia, in the Campinas region.

The document also informs that the lease took place one month after the property was vacated by the former lessee (FCA), after which the Fund began the adaptations to convert the project into a multi-user condominium. As a result, a company in the automobile sector is replaced by an e-commerce company, a segment that stands out in the absorption of logistics projects in recent quarters.
