The Aflalo/Gasperini office and Márcio Kogan are responsible for the architecture and interior projects, respectively. The opening is scheduled for the second half of this year.

Daniel Vorcaro, CEO of Banco Master, highlighted the importance of location for investment. According to him, Itaim is the best area in Latin America for real estate investment, and Faria Lima is the region's financial center, which should boost the hotel's performance. Vorcaro is also an investor in the Hotel Botanique in Campos do Jordão.

Vorcaro is 40 years old and started his career at the age of 18, working in restructuring companies and real estate investments. In 2017, he began the process of operating Banco Master.

Maurício Quadrado, another partner at Fasano Itaim, has an extensive career in the financial market, having been a director at Bradesco and founder of Planner Corretora. Augusto Lima did specialize in payroll loans and microcredit, directing the commercial area of Master.
