On Friday (02) morning, SiiLA ACADEMY Offices students visited Thera Corporate, a building located in Berrini, in São Paulo, in its last class.

Giancarlo Nicastro, CEO of SiiLA, started the last class, which Bruno Turaça, Portfolio Director at Barzel Properties, also attended. The manager's executive brought a series of data referring to Barzel's portfolio, mainly about Thera Corporate.

Thera Corporate is an A+ ranked building with 28,359 sq meters of private area. At the start of the class, Turaça spoke about the story of the land where the building was built. In the 1980s, it was the location of the Bandeirantes building, which was the headquarters of the GPA group. Today, Thera Corporate is rented by Hotmart and Sony Pictures Entertainment, among others.

At the end of the class, before the certificate delivery, students could learn Thera in-depth, taking a complete tour of the building. The visit began on a slab on the 15th floor, the helipad, from where you have a panoramic view of the city of São Paulo and especially the Berrini region, and ended in the common areas, such as parking lots, bike racks, and changing rooms.
