Bluemacaw and Catuaí Gestora make acquisitions of R$ 364 million

The real estate fund created by the managers Blue Macaw and Catuaí informed the acquisition of six floors of the Pátio Malzoni building through a relevant fact.
The Fund signed the definitive documents to carry out the transaction object of sale and purchase commitments for the acquisition of 6 slabs of units 21, 22, 111, 112, 113, 114, 131, 132, 133, 134, 171, 172, 173, 174, 181, 182, 183, 184, 191 and 192 of the North Tower of the Pátio Victor Malzoni Building, located at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima.
The floors acquired in the A+ class development have tenants such as Google Brasil Internet Ltda., Casa dos Ventos Energias Renováveis S.A. and Planner Trustee DTVM. Ltda.
The total amount of the transaction was R$364.853,382.69.
