BR Malls announced a partnership with Vitacon
The project involves 20 towers in 7 shopping centers from BR Malls' portfolio.

03/17/2022 BR Malls announced on Tuesday (15) a partnership with the
developer Vitacon to develop residential buildings and medical centers,
totaling approximately 210,000 square meters of private area.
The project involves 20 towers in 7 shopping centers from BR Malls' portfolio. According to the market announcement, the partnership with Vitacon will allow for the generation of new revenues, as well as contribute to the increase and qualification of the flow of people in BR Malls' shopping centers.
The first projects are expected to be launched in 2023, with the first delivery scheduled for 2026. According to BR Malls, the estimated revenue from the swap is R$ 325 million (in a 100% stake), with a guaranteed minimum value.
Operating for 12 years, Vitacon has more than 90 projects delivered and in development in the capital of São Paulo, focusing on projects that combine technology, services, sustainability, urban mobility, and the sharing economy.
