BR Properties acquires two more towers in Parque da Cidade

01/14/2021 In a material fact issued on Wednesday (13), BR Properties informed the public of the acquisition of two more towers in the high-end condominium, Parque da Cidade. The investment is part of its strategy to consolidate the company’s portfolio into high-end assets in the central regions of São Paulo.
In December, BR Properties had informed the acquisition of Torre Corporativa Aroeira, now it has in its portfolio 100% of Torre Paineira, with a gross leasable area of 44,673 square metres and 30% of Torre Jatobá, with GLA of 11,154 square metres.
