BR Properties acquires a warehouse in Jarinu for R$156 million
- The property will be delivered in 2022.

05/31/2021 In the last few months, the logistics sector has been gaining prominence due to the heating of e-commerce and, consequently, the sector's growth. This week, BR Properties informed in a relevant fact the acquisition of a warehouse in Jarinu, located in the Jundiaí - São Paulo region.
The property, scheduled for delivery in 2022, is located inside the Brazilian Business Park property, where BR Properties already has four other warehouses. The development is already 100% leased to a large tenant, which the company prefers to keep confidential.
This acquisition is worth 156 million and will give BR Properties 291,000 square meters of logistics warehouses in its portfolio.
