BR Properties defines the allocation of assets from the sale of assets

BR Properties informed that it intends to use the first installment of the payment related to the sale of assets to Brookfield to pay off the company's debt.
The first installment of R$4.18 billion is scheduled to be paid upon finalizing the transaction.
