BR Properties exits B3's Novo Mercado

BR Properties informed its shareholders and the market in general of the Company's voluntary withdrawal from the particular listing segment of B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ("B3") known as Novo Mercado ("Withdrawal from Novo Mercado").

The Company clarifies that the Extraordinary General Meeting was held with shareholders representing approximately 56% of the Company's free float. The shareholders approved the delisting from the Novo Mercado in a vote representing about 79% of the Company's free float present at the Meeting.

If the Novo Mercado exiting takes place the shares issued by the Company will be traded in the primary (traditional) listing segment of B3. In due course, an Extraordinary General Meeting must be called to decide on excluding the statutory provisions that reference the Novo Mercado Market.
