BR Properties makes a R$17 million acquisition
- The company already owned Galpões Imbuia and Araucária, within the same property and now also owns the "Edifício Cupuaçu".

08/11/2020 BR Properties informed last Friday (7), the acquisition of another logistic property inside the Centro Empresarial Espaço Gaia Terra, in Jarinú, São Paulo.
The company already owned Galpões Imbuia and Araucária, within the same property and now also owns the "Edifício Cupuaçu".
The total amount of the transaction is R$17,400,000.00, and BR Properties has already paid the first installment in the amount of R$8,700,000.00.
The "Edifício Cupuaçu" is already 100% pre-rented and in the finalization phase. It will pay the rest of the amount at the end of the construction, which is scheduled for December 2020.
