Last Monday (06), BCFund Investment Fund announced a new lease contract in the Diamond Tower of the Morumbi Corporate Building, at Chucri Zaidan, in the city of São Paulo.

In the Relevant Fact, it is disclosed that the leased area is 4,102 m², referring to two floors (14th and 15th). The lessee was not disclosed, only that it is a company in the financial sector.

According to data from the SiiLA’s Market Analytics platform, Morumbi Corporate - Diamond Tower is a Class A+ property delivered in 2019, with a total private area of 32,899 m².
