Bresco Logística, a real estate fund, plans to double its size in the next three years

In almost two years since its listing on the stock exchange, the real estate fund Bresco Logística (BRCO11) has gone through ups and downs, especially because of the pandemic. But overall, the results are positive. Among the funds in the segment, only BRCO11 and a competitor performed better than the real estate fund index (Ifix) in the period, which registered a drop of 4.70%, according to Bresco's partner and CFO, Rafael Fonseca.
Despite the good performance, the share of Bresco Logística is currently below the equity value, which the manager considers as something "off the curve" and may represent an opportunity for investors to enter.
