Bresco publishes the balance sheet for 2022

The company closed 2022 with total revenue of R$ 147 million.

Bresco recently released a presentation with 2022 results. The report provides information such as leases and renewals, total revenue, increase in the number of shareholders, and more.

As a highlight of the report, the company showed an average increase of 7.6% in the lease value and 7 contracts signed in 2022, equivalent to 172 thousand sq. meters of GLA (Gross Leasable Area) negotiated, approximately 38.6% of the Fund.

The company ended the year with R$147 million in total revenue, an increase of 19% compared to 2021 revenue. In addition, the number of shareholders grew by 98%.
