Bresco Resende will have a new tenant next year

FII Bresco Logística (BRCO11) announced that its property in Rio de Janeiro, Bresco Resende, will remain 100% leased, even after the scheduled exiting of Americanas, planned for early January 2023.
Valgroup MG, from the packaging sector, will take over the space that will remain vacant after the retailer leaves.
Bresco informed the market through a Material Fact that this new lease has a term of 3 years, starting in January 2023, after Americanas leaves the space.
According to SiiLA Market Analytics platform, Bresco Resende was delivered in 2011 and ranked a class A+ property. The property is located in Resende (RJ) with 26,029 sq meters of GLA (Gross Leasable Area).
