Next to Avenida Paulista, the Passeio Paulista development is scheduled to be delivered in December this year. It promises to bring a Mall with stores, services and leisure options as well as residential lofts and offices.

According to data from SiiLA's Market Analytics platform, the complex will be based at Rua da Consolação 1601, next to the Higienópolis-Mackenzie subway yellow line station.

Brookfield's goal is to attract technology companies, fintech and unicorns to the commercial part of the complex.

Following the strict criteria of SiiLA, the property is considered a class A. With almost 2 thousand sq metres of private slabs, the corporate tower will have more than 46 thousand sq metres of private area spread over 21 floors.
