02/12/2021 The BTG Pactual Logística Fund, informed through a relevant fact, that it had entered a purchase and sale commitment involving the acquisition of three A + Properties in the State of São Paulo, with a total gross area of 86,863 square metres.
With this acquisition, the Fund’s portfolio projects are GR Guarulhos, GR Régis and GR Hortolândia, all rated A+.
The total transaction amount is R$195,000,000.00.
