Recently, Caxias Shopping opened a free coworking space for the public. The shared environment offers wi-fi, power points, work and study stations, as well as a lounge for small meetings.
"Coworking provides an environment with practicality and complete structure to welcome professionals and students. In addition to enjoying the space's comforts, shoppers will have the advantage of carrying out their day-to-day tasks surrounded by the entire structure that the mall offers, with a variety of shopping, leisure, and food courts", says Michelle Coutinho, Marketing Manager at Caxias Shopping.
In addition, the mall partnered with Alou Mulheres, a network of women entrepreneurs. The project will promote a free monthly program with workshops aimed at women entrepreneurs from Baixada Fluminense, especially women from Duque de Caxias.
"The workshops will be open to the public, especially to women who want to train and become financially independent, expanding their knowledge and thus increasing their business chances. The objective is to help improve the quality of life at work and boost the local economy, helping professionals to develop a good sales and marketing strategy for their businesses for 2023", says Alice Loures, founder and CEO of Alou Women.
Caxias Shopping, located in Rio de Janeiro, was launched in 2008 in 27,605 sq. meters of GLA (Gross Leasable Area).
