CCP sells property in the Corporate Park for R$36.6 million

08/10/2020 Cyrela Commercial Properties (CCP (CCPR3)) reported on Friday (7) that it sold the property of the subsidiary Aquarius Empreendimentos e Participações located on the sixth floor of the Corporate Park building, in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo.
Arbros Empreendimentos Imobiliários bought the property for R$ 36.6 million. The completion of the transaction is subject to certain precedent conditions.
