The company responsible for the project already negotiates 50,000 sq metres of warehouses

The growth of online sales across the country and the arrival of players such as the giant Amazon have increased the appetite of developers of high-end logistics warehouses (A+ and A) in Ceará.

The industrial property is located in Itaitinga, about 30 km from the capital's center, a region where other companies in the sector are also located, such as the Amazon Distribution Center.

Currently, the State has 280,904 sq meters of properties classified as A+ and A, according to data from the Market Analytics platform, by SiiLA.
