CENU's North Tower has significant lease transactions

According to a Material Fact published by BTG Pactual on Wednesday (25), the North Tower of the United Nations Business Center - CENU is going through some internal movements.
The document informs that the Fund signed a new lease agreement with Infracommerce for the 32nd floor and part of the 33rd in the property.
Software AG Brasil Informática e Serviços renewed its lease agreement, providing for the return of 230 square metres by September 30, 2021. The new renovation addendum will correspond to the remaining area of 46.62 square metres.
And, finally, Petsupermarket Comércio de Produtos para Animal informed the Fund, its intention to terminate the lease agreement it currently has.
