CH3 Construtora e Incorporadora recently unveiled Grand Capital Invest & Corporate's new office, situated in the upscale Jatobá Green Building in São Paulo's Berrini district. To delve deeper into this project, REsource spoke with architect Fernanda Simões, Manager of Creation and Projects at CH3.
The project's paramount challenge lay in harmonizing design and technology to enhance the efficiency of financial operations. "CH3's team developed the project and executed the work under the Turn Key model, where every detail was meticulously crafted to inspire productivity and well-being, reflecting Grand Capital's essence and commitment to excellence," explains Fernanda.
According to the architect, CH3 devised an integrated and inviting layout: "At the entrance, a 'Welcome Lounge' alongside the main meeting room, offers visitors a warm first impression. Moreover, premium materials and a client-specific color palette were employed, fostering an ambiance of luxury and hospitality."
Spanning 600 m², CH3's project embraced the open space concept, seamlessly integrating workspaces with communal areas, fostering collaboration, focus, and team interaction among Grand Capital's staff.
"The architectural team imbued spaces with distinct identity through ceiling design and striking lighting. Various meeting space configurations were also established, ensuring a perfect balance between comfort and privacy," Fernanda remarks on the project's outcome.
