Clube FII Launches CR Data Solution Platform for Fixed Income Securities Investors

Clube FII has announced the launch of its latest platform, CR Data Solution. The tool, which was in beta phase until the beginning of March this year, is now officially released and already has approximately 20 subscribers, including asset managers and securitization companies such as Rio Bravo, Vectis, and Opea.

"The primary CRI market alone reached a staggering R$ 54 billion in 2022 and obtaining consolidated or even accessible data for these operations was extremely challenging. Our objective is to provide clarity and efficiency through technology to a segment that has more than doubled in size since 2018 but still operates analogically", says Felipe Ribeiro, Director of Alternative Investments at Club FII and the product's lead developer.

Rodrigo Cardoso de Castro, Co-founder and CEO of Clube FII, emphasizes that the rapid adoption reflects the prestige of Clube FII among institutional investors, which has been built since the platform's establishment in 2015. He also highlights the significant pain points experienced by professionals working with CRIs and CRAs.

"Although we have been empowering individual investors, over the first eight years of our journey, hundreds of managers and analysts organically adopted our tools. In this new phase, we will leverage our relationships to address their pain points in an objective manner", he contextualizes.

According to Felipe Ribeiro, who has previously worked at Banco Fator, Santander, and RB Sec, it is common for market professionals to dedicate long hours solely to capturing data from CETIP (B3), ANBIMA, securitization companies, and other institutions.

The innovation brought by the initial modules of CR Data Solution (Club FII plans to launch five more functionalities by June 2024) allows users to navigate through a series of filters, instantly accessing market data that is ready to be consumed and automatically updated. With standardized information, it is also possible to compare securities, providing insights into market trends at a given moment.

Among the products and services offered by Club FII is Fii DATA PRO, a tool developed in partnership with SiiLA. This product provides access to an extensive amount of data on Real Estate Funds, ranging from rental and sales transactions to the occupancy status of monitored funds.
