CNBC Arrives in Brazil, Establishing Headquarters in an Iconic Building in São Paulo's South Zone

  • The facility will house editorial offices, a studio, administrative functions, and serve as the headquarters for the group's presidency within the country.

CNBCis making its debut in Brazil with the announcement of its headquarters at Berrini One. The company will occupy the A+ office tower, located in the southern zone of São Paulo, within the Berrini region.

Based on the investigative work of REsource's editorial team, in collaboration with data from the Market Analytics platform, the company will occupy the suite 62 within the development, that has a total private areaof 29.8 thousand m².

Furthermore, as stated in the official announcement, CNBC will make use of the helipad, auditorium, sky lounge, and meeting rooms. The premises will house editorial offices, studios, administration, and serve as the headquarters for the group's presidency in the country.

For Douglas Tavolaro, Chairman and Founder of CNBC Times Brasil, the decision to establish headquarters in the nation's largest financial center was a strategic one. "The company will possess all the necessary infrastructure to produce high-quality information. Our primary commitment lies in maintaining independence in the creation of a journalism model that is yet to be seen in Brazil
