Check out the top 3 companies that most leased areas in the last quarter of 2022

SiiLA, based on its analyses and data from Market Analytics, has selected the top 3 companies that most leased areas in logistics warehouses in the fourth quarter of 2022.

3rd place: FedEx

Starting our top 3, we have Fedex, an American company that specializes in express shipping of correspondence, documents, and objects, which leased more than 48,000 m² in a class A logistics warehouse located in the state of Espírito Santo in southeastern Brazil in 4Q22.

2nd place: Frio Peças

In second place is the air conditioning company Frio Peças, which leased 60,000 m² in a class A asset also located in the southeast of the country.

1st place: Mercado Livre

The first place goes to one of the most famous online sales platforms, Mercado Livre. In 4Q22 alone, the company leased 310,000 m² in four different logistics warehouses.
