In a material fact issued on Monday (24), Credit Suisse informed the market that the CSHG Real Estate fund signed the deed of purchase and sale of all of the 131 and 132 sets of the Park Tower Building Cidade Jardim Corporate project.
The value of the transaction is R$8,786,880.00.
The Alto Padrão project is located in São Paulo in the Marginal Pinheiros region and has 23 floors.
According to the SiiLA, real estate market research platform, Cidade Jardim Corporate - Park Tower has several tenants, including Regus Brasil, Guess Brasil, and Gucci Brasil.
