During the three months of the course, students were able to take several immersive classes, with data and analysis of the country's industrial properties market, as well as having the opportunity to exchange experiences with big names in the market.

For this last class, the SiiLA team partnered with Cy.Capital, providing students with a true immersion, where they learn about the details of the Cy.log Embu project, particularities, and challenges by observing in the business most of the concepts covered in the online classes.

Giancarlo Nicastro, CEO of SiiLA, participated in the visit, leading the last class alongside Cy.Capital's partner, Bruno Ackerman, guided the students on a tour of the asset and was also the guest lecturer in the class "The value of the m²".

Throughout the morning, students could see in practice the operations in its entirety of a warehouse, and understand the particularities involved in tenants' demands. Cy.log Embu is expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2023,

The industrial property will have 39,000 sq meters of GLA and is ranked as an A+, according to the criteria of the Market Analytics platform. The asset has an area available for future tenants interested in installing a refrigerated operation, in addition to 75 docks, a ceiling height of 12 meters, and a floor load of 6 tons per m².
