The developer Cyrela released yesterday (17) a statement to the market with results preview for the fourth quarter of 2022, comparing the numbers with the 3Q22 and the year 2021.

At the end of 2022, the company launched 15 projects, with a volume of R$2,821 million, which is 10% higher than the last quarter of 2021, but 4% lower than 3Q22.

Of net sales in the quarter, R$130 million refer to the company's finished inventory, R$919 million to inventory sales under construction, and R$1,642 million to sales of launches.
