Delta Plaza achieves LEED certification
- RBR Asset building now has LEED Gold certification.

02/28/2023 RBR Asset manager announced that another property in its portfolio got a LEED certification. Delta Plaza now has the LEED Gold certificate, emphasizing Transport, Energy Efficiency, Internal Environment, and Waste Treatment assessments.
According to data from Market Analytics, Delta Plaza is located in the Paulista region and has 7,948 m² of total private area. The property was inaugurated in 1993 and went through a retrofit renovation. Check out more details here.
