DHL focuses on real estate, investing in a “logistics campus”

Investments are planned for the next two years, generating approximately one thousand jobs.

DHL, a global logistics company, acquired a new plot of land in Jundiaí (SP)

DHL has just acquired a plot of land in Jundiaí, São Paulo, on the Anhanguera Highway. The land has an area of 300,000 sq meters and two warehouses, totaling 137,000 sq meters of built area.

Investments are planned for the next two years, generating approximately one thousand jobs. The company will open the first logistics campus in space to invest more in real estate. According to the company, this will be the first in Brazil.

“The right partner can help companies extract more value from every step of the process. Now, we will use all our logistics experience to develop the project from scratch, thus being able to capture even more synergies and delivering more added value to our customers”, according to Jarlaertem Campos, New Business Director of Real Estate Solutions at DHL Supply Chain Brazil.
