Letícia Maturana, Head of E-Commerce at DHL Supply Chain Brazil, says that the increase in sales is due to the volume of purchases processed via social networks, which was less common.

Letícia highlighted the growing interest of the current generation in renewable energy sources for delivery services, which is part of DHL's solutions. The global leader in warehousing and distribution representative also spoke of the importance of logistics adapting to the consumer experience, with flexible and reliable partners that reach the main Brazilian markets for same-day or next-day deliveries, even when the unexpected happens.
