Data from GROCS shows that shopping malls total over 16 million m², divided among 619 mapped developments. In 2023, the developments recorded low vacancy rates: 7.5% vacancy in Class A malls, 7.28% in Class B, and 10.88% in Class C.

Centro Comercial Aricanduva 

The largest development in Brazil is the Centro Comercial Aricanduva, a Class B asset located in the east zone of São Paulo. Spanning 257,000 m², the complex houses 545 stores and is considered the country's largest shopping center.

In your area, the complex features stores like Renner, C&A, and Riachuelo, as well as a cinema, amusement park, pet area, food courts, supermarkets, gym, and other services.

Shopping Interlagos

The second-largest Brazilian mall is Shopping Interlagos, covering 145,000 m², owned by Ancar Ivanhoe and Savoy Imobiliária. Located in the south zone of São Paulo, it is a Class C asset.

With stores like Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Makro, C&A, Pernambucanas, Marisa, and Lojas Americanas, the mall boasts 300 stores, along with a cinema, food court, supermarket, and arcade area.

Parque Dom Pedro Shopping

The third-largest mall is in Campinas, is the Parque Dom Pedro Shopping spans over 126,000 m². Managed by Allos, it is part of two funds, SHDP11B and PQDP11.

Key stores include Zara, Renner, Centauro, Magazine Luiza, Riachuelo, Telhanorte, and Decathlon. It also offers a food court, restaurants, supermarkets, gym, and cinema.

Novo Shopping Center

Located in Ribeirão Preto, Novo Shopping Center covers over 126,000 m², securing its fourth position in the ranking of Brazil's largest shopping malls. It is owned and managed by Savoy Imobiliária.

Key occupants include Casas Bahia, Pernambucanas, Magazine Luiza, Ponto Frio, and Kalunga. It also features Poupa Tempo, supermarkets, cinema, and a food court.

Norte Shopping

Norte Shopping is the fifth-largest shopping center in Brazil and the largest in Rio de Janeiro, spanning 110,000 m². The Class C asset is located in the north zone of Rio de Janeiro, in the Cachambi neighborhood.

The mall features stores like Renner, Riachuelo, Reserva, C&A, Casas Bahia, Vivara, Ri Happy, and others. It also offers options such as cinema, theater, gym, and other services.
