A team of renowned professionals from the real estate market will lead the faculty of SiiLA ACADEMY ADVANCED, a new edition of the professional course promoted by SiiLA. With nine live online classes and a closing in-person event, the course will provide students with a true immersion into the corporate universe of real estate, featuring case studies of offices and industrial properties in a unique module.

The course's inaugural class will take place on April 23, a Tuesday, with the theme "Development of Commercial Developments."  Caio Castro, Partner at RBR Asset Management, will discuss financial viability, from land studies, for both asset cases. Following that, on April 30, it will be Michel Rike's turn, founder of Zien Arquitetura, to delve into the architect's journey, key concepts, and inspirations.

On May 7, Raphael Espírito Santo, Partner at Veirano Advogados, will bring a highly requested theme by students from previous ACADEMY editions, which is Real Estate Law and the role of the lawyer. On May 14, you'll demystify once and for all what lies behind the ESG acronym and understand the real application of concepts in a class led by Ana Claudia Durigon, ESG Coordinator at Brookfield.

The following week (May 21), the class theme will be "Budgeting and Cost Management," with Hailton Liberadore, Managing Partner of Libercon Engenharia. For professionals focused on property management and facilities, or with an interest in understanding more about the subject, they will have the opportunity to learn from Luciano Brunherotto, Co-Founder of ARO Facilities Management, about how to enhance assets through property management, learn more about performance indicators, and building lifecycle, in the class on May 28.

On June 4, the main challenges of the commercialization process, as well as strategies, deadlines, and key dynamics will be addressed by  Ricardo Betancourt, Chairman of the Colliers Board and ACADEMY BASIC instructor. Following that, on June 11, the main premises for evaluating a commercial venture and challenges will be the theme of the class led by  Marcio Kawashima, Co-CEO of Binswanger. Last but not least, the topic: "Investments in Real Estate Investment Funds (REIFs)" will be addressed by Danilo Barbosa, Managing Partner of Clube Fii, in the class on June 18.

The course will conclude with an in-person event, presented by SiiLA CEO Giancarlo Nicastro, featuring a case presentation from RBR and a program with plenty of content and networking opportunities. The event will take place on June 20, at JHA (Iaiá), a boutique corporate venue about to be delivered by RBR, which is also the official sponsor of SiiLA ACADEMY ADVANCED.
