BWDiase Business Park Fortaleza is being built in Itaitinga, Ceará, approximately 30 km from the capital city, Fortaleza. The project encompasses 190,000 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA), making it one of the largest condominiums in the region. Aurum offers development for build-to-suit (BTS) or speculative projects.
